CAN I COME INTO CAMP WITH MY CHILD ON THE FIRST MORNING?
Yes, you are welcome to accompany your child into our studio. During drop-off and pick-up, we ask that you park your car and escort your camper to the designated entrance. In order for children to stay focused, with an instructor to guide them through all lessons. We feel when parents or guardians are present, children tend to be distracted and their attention is split. Their concentration and confidence level goes down. You are welcome to check in on your child, but we suggest students take classes independently.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or after the start day of the session for which you are registered. Please refer to the Camp Registration/Cancellation Policy section.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING A LUNCH?
Yes. Campers are responsible for bringing their own lunch and beverage. Bottled water is available for purchase of $1.
AFTER REGISTRATION, WHAT INFORMATION WILL I RECEIVE?
Your registration confirmation email will automatically be sent to you within 7 days before class begins.
MY CHILD HAS SPECIAL NEEDS AND HAS DIFFICULTY FUNCTIONING AT GRADE LEVEL. HOW SHOULD I REGISTER MY CHILD FOR CAMP?
If you have a concern about your child’s needs, please call us at 1.440.941.0052 prior to registration.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CHILD WILL BE ABSENT?
If your child will be absent or will need to leave early, please contact s at 1.440.941.0052. Please note, there will be no refunds for absences or early departure.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING ANYSUPPLIES TO CAMP?
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP MY CHILD FROM CAMP?
To ensure the safety of your child, We must have prior WRITTEN notification and approval via email or text. The full name of the person and phone number of the party picking up your child is required.
